We keep hearing new leaks about Vivo’s upcoming budget phone, the Vivo Y78. The phone, which was recently listed in the Google Play database with the model number “V2278A”, has now been tested on Geekbench. So what does Vivo Y78 offer and what are its features? Looking at the screenshots, Vivo V78 is powered by an octa-core chipset, 2x 2.2GHz and 6x2GHz. Also listed under the codename “k6855v1_64”, this processor is accompanied by the PowerVR B-Series BXM-8-256 graphics unit (GPU). However, the budget phone gets 842 points from the platform’s single-core tests and 2099 points from the multi-core tests.
Based on this, we can say that Vivo Y78 will appear with the Dimensity 930 processor. Also, the Geekbench listing confirms that the phone will have 12GB of RAM and Android 13 operating system. However, Vivo is likely to come up with lower RAM and storage versions.According to recent leaks, the Vivo Y78 will measure 164.05 x 76.17 x 7.98 mm and weigh around 190 grams. The model, which will be supported by a 6.64-inch LCD FHD + screen with a resolution of 2388 x 1080 pixels on the front, will be accompanied by a dual camera setup consisting of 50MP + 2MP sensors on the back.
