Honor introduced the new gaming phone under the Honor 80 series. The phone with Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor is very different from other members of the series with its design. Compared to the Honor 80 Pro, we’re looking at a smaller (6.67-inch) screen with 1080×2400 pixels resolution, but with 10-bit color depth, 100% DCI-P3, 1400 nits maximum brightness, 120Hz refresh rate.Honor 80 GT comes with 12GB / 16GB RAM (LPDDR5), 256GB (UFS 3.1) storage options. The company said that the global version of the phone will have different storage configuration, but did not share details. Rear camera setup of the phone; 54MP main camera (Sony IMX800, 1/1.49” sensor, f/1.9 aperture), 8MP ultra-wide camera (f/2.2 aperture), 2MP macro camera and rectangular camera module welcomes us. The front-facing camera has 16MP and f/2.4 aperture.
Honor 80 GT is powered by a 4800mAh battery that supports 66w fast charging. The phone, which comes with the Android 12 operating system customized with Magic UI 7.0, has features such as a large steam room for advanced cooling, small copper wires, and graphene sheet.
