Dynabook has updated its dynaEdge AR (Assisted Reality) solution with the new generation high performance Windows 10/11 Pro mobile edge computing device dynaEdge DE200.
The edge computing market has accelerated significantly over the past year, driven by factors such as COVID-19. With this acceleration, more than half (52%) of IT decision makers believe edge computing purchasing decisions are now much more important than they were before the pandemic*. - Smart vision with Edge AI: Edge AI Engine improves camera images with image stabilization, brightness compensation and object tracking. Also, the video is fully processed before the recipient receives the images. The AI engine processes the camera feed into the DE200 and runs the software as a virtual camera. Edge AI can be incorporated into customer-developed software solutions.
- Improved charging and battery life: Up to 6.5 hours** of battery life and a universal Type C charging port for optional portable charger attachment, allowing frontline personnel to work all day.
- Advanced performance: The latest 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i3, i5 and i7 processor options provide enhanced power and full performance.
- High-level security: Equipped with Windows 10/11 Pro operating system, dynaEdge DE200 has Active Directory support as well as two-factor authentication, including PIN and fingerprint, to keep end-user data safe. Data classification on the device is used to determine how data is shared and addresses one of the top concerns in many industries, security.
