Adobe plans to combine a few of the available options with Figma’s products, such as images, illustrations, and video know-how.
Adobe will acquire Figma to further expand its services in the NFT market.
Adobe Will Acquire Figma
Despite the bear market we are in, Adobe announced that it will continue to invest in NFT and acquire Figma. Regardless of the decrease in the volume of the NFT market, Adobe aims to increase its investment support in the NFT field by increasing its investments.
Volume in the NFT market has dropped below $1 billion for the first time, and the floor price of many popular collections is quite low for popular periods.
The fact that Adobe will buy Figma in this area is interpreted as showing the belief in the NFT market. Founded in 2012, Figma expects to produce over $400 million in these 12 months, according to CNBC sources.
I understand this is a big change, especially for a platform you rely on every day.
So I want to elaborate more on our plans for how this acquisition will work operationally and why I believe this is a partnership that will ultimately benefit you and the @Figma platform: (4/9)

Dylan Field, CEO of Figma, said in an interview with Bloomberg that he was excited about the partnership, saying that there is great potential for each firm and options for designers to derive from this collaboration.
Adobe’s Head of Digital Media Business, David Wadhwami, is not concerned about the fact that this acquisition deal took place during the downturn in the world market. He believes Figma is one of the best companies to buy at this level, as he rates it as a money maker with a web dollar holding fee of over 150 percent.
