Activision mobile games in flight
According to published reports, in the last 12 months, Activision mobile games have earned a monthly income of around 300 million dollars. In other words, the company’s mobile games have managed to generate revenues of over $900 million in 4 quarters in a row.
The company’s mobile games are listed as King’s Candy Crush, Call of Duty Mobile and Diablo Immortal. Especially COD Mobile alone has generated $3 billion in revenue so far and has become one of the few games in the industry.
Another interesting piece of information is that mobile game revenues have been higher than PC and console revenues separately since 2021. In some periods, it even earned more revenue than the sum of PC and console sales. Mobile games already have the biggest slice of the company’s income statement. What kind of strategy Microsoft will follow in the new period has already been a matter of curiosity.
