Acer appeared in front of the users with 7 new models added to the Chromebook product range. In addition to six new Chromebook Plus laptops, the Chromebook Tab 311 model with a separation keyboard has been announced. ACER’s new Chromebook models come with stronger processor options, augmented storage and advanced artificial intelligence features.

New members of the Chromebook Plus series are integrated with Google AI -supported software. Models offer twice as high -speed, memory and storage capacity than previous generation Chromebook devices.

Google’s advanced AI features include photo editing tools, content summarizing, instant translation and writing support. Users will also be able to benefit from features such as magic eraser in the Google Photos application.

The screens of the new Acer Chromebook Plus models are equipped with 300 nit brightness and preventive coating. The Wuxga resolution (1920 × 1200) has an optional touch feature on the screens.

Models have a fast add button to increase productivity, a backlined keyboard from behind, 4G LTE support, fingerprint sensor, Double USB 3.2 Gene 2 Type-C and Dual USB 3.2 GEN 1 TYPE-A connection points as well as HDMI output. On the storage side, up to 16 GB LPDDR5X memory and NVME SSD support up to 512 GB.

The Wi-Fi 7 technology on the new Chromebooks offers users with high speeds up to 5.8 GBPS, ultra low delay and uninterrupted connection. Models also come with fast charging support. ACER also gives importance to the durability of its models and uses a structure in accordance with MIL-STD-810H military standards.

Acer also makes serious improvements in terms of sound and image quality, adding a triple microphone array to its models by preventing environmental noise while preventing the user sound clearly. In addition, thanks to DTS Audio and Acer’s temporal noise reduction (TNR) solution, clear and sharp images are provided even in low light conditions.

Google AI -supported video call tools automatically improve the quality of image, and offer extra features such as background blur and sound noise block. Users also have the opportunity to turn off the microphone and camera with a single click for privacy.

Acer Chromebook Plus 514, one of the introduced Chromebook models, offers Intel Core 3 N355 processor, 14 -inch Wuxga screen, FHD webcam features. This model is on sale in Europe starting from 479 euros in June.

Another model in the series, the Acer Chromebook Plus 516, will be available at 499 euros in May with its 16 -inch display, Intel Core 7 processor and advanced FHD web camera. Acer Chromebook Plus 514’s higher level Intel Core 7 processor, QHD WebCam, Wi-Fi 7 and rear illuminated keyboard model will be on the market starting from 579 euros in June.

The Chromebook Plus models in the Enterprise series come with device management features for the needs of the business world. Enterprise series devices with Intel Core 3 and Intel Core 7 processor options appeal to corporate users with TCO 10.0 certificate and Epeat Gold.

The other new model Acer Chromebook Tab 311 comes to the forefront with its separatable keyboard and ultra portable design. Powered by the MediaTek Kompanio 520 processor, the device has a 10.95 -inch WUXGA resolution IPS touch screen. It comes with up to 128 GB of storage, up to 8 GB of memory and Micro SD card support up to 2 TB.

The device weighing only 1 kg (tablet 610 grams, keyboard/case 415 grams) offers more than 10 hours of battery life thanks to its 8000 mAh battery capacity. In addition, the device can easily meet the needs of users writing, drawing or consuming content with its USI 2.0 pen and adjustable open portfolio case. Acer Chromebook Tab 311 will be on sale starting from 329 euros in July.

Users who buy new models will have advantages such as Gemini Advanced subscription and 2 TB cloud storage with Google One AI Premium plan. Thus, users will be able to benefit from Gemini AI features in Google’s various services, especially Gmail and documents.
