Samsung has recently introduced the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5, and the phones aren’t even available in most countries yet… But leaks about the next big launch – the Galaxy S24 series – are already in full swing.

According to Yogesh Brar, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will feature a quad camera setup on the back that includes a 200MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a 50MP telephoto camera (3x optical zoom) and a 10MP camera with periscope lens (10x optical zoom). The 200MP primary camera will likely be the same ISOCELL HP2 sensor used on the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The ultra-wide camera can also use the same sensor as the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

The 50MP telephoto camera is a big upgrade over the Galaxy S23 Ultra’s 10MP telephoto camera. It was previously claimed that it will be a 1/2.52-inch sensor with 0.7µm pixels. A larger sensor with a higher resolution should offer significantly improved image quality. There could also be minor improvements to the 10MP telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom. On the front, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is said to have the same 12MP selfie camera used in the Galaxy S23.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra is said to use the Exynos 2400 chip in some countries (most of Asia and Europe) and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor in other countries (North America and South Korea). Allegedly, Samsung’s next flagship phone will have a 5.00mAh battery and 45W fast charging, similar to its predecessor. Other improvements the phone is expected to bring include a brighter display and more memory options.
