Asus continues to expand the ROG Phone 6 series. The launch date for Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate, which will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset, has been shared. According to the company’s statement, the new smartphone will be unveiled on Monday, September 19th.

Taiwan-based technology manufacturer Asus announced the ROG Phone 6 series (ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro) last month. The new statement from the company revealed the newest member of the ROG Phone 6 family. The device, called ROG Phone 6D Ultimate, will be powered by the Dimensity 9000 Plus.

ROG Phone 6D Ultimate is also expected to include standard and Pro versions. According to previous information and AnTuTu, ROG Phone 6D will be powered by Dimensity 9000+ chipset. The device was displayed in the performance arena with the model number ASUS_AI2203_D.
The new model scored 1,146,594 points, outperforming the ROG Phone 6 by 3 percent. Except for the Dimensity 9000 Plus, other features are expected to be the same as the ROG Phone 6. The screen of both models is 6.78 inches and has a resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels.
Let’s remind you that ROG Phone 6 series has Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset. Asus prefers to switch to Dimensity 9000+ in its new model. It is even said that the “D” expression of the smartphone emphasizes this.
The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate will be announced on September 19, but its price and release date are currently unknown. Asus ROG Phone 6 is offered with a tag starting from 999 euros.
