Xiaomi’s new flagship 15 Ultra is official at the end of this month. As the launch approached, new leaks on the design and technical specifications of the device began to come up. Finally, an image shared on Chinese social media platforms shows that 15 Ultra is inspired by Leica’s iconic M series cameras.
The shared image stands out that the device has a double -tone design. The giant camera module, which completely covers the upper part, is equipped with four different lenses. The Leica logo and a large LED flash attracts attention in the module. It is estimated that the rear panel is composed of glass and leather combination, while this detail allows the device to have a premium feel.
In terms of camera hardware, Xiaomi continues to use Leica’s Summilux lenses. The main camera offers a f/1.63 aperture, while the Periscope Telephoto Lens F/2.6 aperture and 100mm equivalent focus. Ultra wide -angle lens has a 14mm focus. Compared to the previous model, it can be said that the viewing angle of the ultra -angle lens is slightly narrower.
The device will come with a battery with a capacity of 6,000mah. A battery of this size can increase the weight of the device over 200 grams. The technical details on the camera module show that Ultra will offer an ambitious performance on photography. Thanks to the Leica Vario-Summilux lens system, optical quality is expected to be at the highest level.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra is planned to be introduced on February 28 with the Xiaomi Su7 Ultra. Technology enthusiasts are enthusiastically waiting for what the brand’s new flagship will offer.
