READING NOW A new graphic wonder video from Unreal Engine 5 has been released!

Unreal Engine 5, which was announced by the famous producer Epic Games in May 2020 and opened to early access about a year later, fascinated the audience with its first demo.

A new video has been released for Unreal Engine 5, which proved its age with The Matrix Resurrections demo released towards the end of last year. This new demo video, which showcases UE5’s abilities in lighting while creating Metahuman, seems to be quite exciting for players.

Unreal Engine 5 continues to evolve and innovate

Unreal Engine 5, which was first announced in May 2020 with a real-time demo on PlayStation 5, was presented to the players with the recently released The Matrix demo. The game engine developed by Epic Games has become much more powerful than before, with the acquisition of Ziva, a company that develops facial animation with the engine, by Unity.

The Matrix Resurrections – Unreal Engine 5 Demo

With Unity’s acquisition of Ziva, Epic’s Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) MetaHuman creative demo is available to players. In a recent update by Unity for the Unreal Engine 5 engine, several lighting related add-ons were made to the MetaHuman rendering tool. Now Unreal Engine 5 has become much more capable than before.

As you can see from the video, a perfect lighting can be achieved by simply selecting the environment the character is in, without complex coding.

The lighting and shadows on the character’s face are presented in real time in just a few seconds. Moreover, these Meta characters can be simulated instantly by the game engine. In this way, it is ensured that none of the unplayable characters called NPCs are similar to each other in productions such as GTA, Watch Dogs and similar open spaces. This is almost good news for producers who want to create a living city.

So what do you guys think about the new video released? Do you think we will see UE5 in many different productions soon? Do not forget to share your views with us in the comments section.
