Samsung often received a lot of criticism from consumers for using 2 different chipsets in its high-end smartphones, but this year it made a change and offered the Snapdragon processor option for sale in our country this time. However, this year’s models, neither the Exynos 2200 nor the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 have been criticized for not showing a significant performance increase, and Samsung seems to make a more radical change this time.

According to a new report from Korea, Samsung will use MediaTek processors in the Galaxy S22 FE and Galaxy S23. While the company has so far preferred Exynos and Qualcomm processors in its high-end smartphones, if this report is correct, it will be the first time to shake hands with MediaTek for its flagship smartphone series.

Taiwanese chipset manufacturer MediaTek has not yet announced its flagship chipset for 2023, so it is not clear for now which processor will be used in the Galaxy S23. While it is stated that the Dimensity 8100 or Dimensity 9000 processor can be used for the Galaxy S22 FE, there is no leak for the Galaxy S23 for now.

So, should Samsung give up on Qualcomm or even their Exynos processors? Could MediaTek be the right choice? We welcome your comments below.
