Apple is preparing to introduce new smartphone models in the coming months. But on the other hand, he has been dealing with logistics since he decided to move his production facilities in China. According to a report today, the company gave up its Chinese business partner for the front camera of iPhone 14 models.

Apple has agreed with LG for the iPhone 14 front camera!

It was known that in the past years, Apple has actually agreed with South Korean LG Innotek for the cameras of smartphones, computers and tablets instead of its Chinese and Japanese partners. However, this change would be valid from the iPhone 15 model.

However, Apple did not like the quality of the products offered by the Chinese company this year, and LG decided to push the date of the program it agreed with. Of course, the front camera of iPhone 14 models was 1/3 of the rear camera as production cost. That’s why LG is said to be eager for other lenses as well.

Of course, let’s say that this year is very important for Apple. In particular, the front cameras need to be flawless not only in terms of performance, but also in terms of design. Because the company will now leave the notched design behind in the new Pro models.

Instead, Pro and Pro Max models will switch to punch-hole display technology. Of course, this will not be the only camera hole we are used to by Android. Next to it, there will be a Face ID area with a length of 2.5 camera holes.

However, this year Max model will join us instead of mini. However, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max models will continue to use the notched screen on the iPhone 13 Pros. The mini will most likely appear in March next year as the iPhone SE 4.
