Amazon’s Fallout series has a date
For those who don’t know, the role-playing game Fallout, developed by Interplay Entertainment in 1997, has become one of the most popular series in the game world from past to present. In today’s announcement, Amazon marked 2024 for the release date of the Fallout series. It was also confirmed in the post accompanying the announcement that the series will take place in Los Angeles.
As reported, Fallout will be handled by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, who are executive producers of HBO’s Westworld series. The series stars Walton Goggins (Justified) and Ella Purnell (Kick Ass 2), and stars Moises Arias, Johnny Pemberton, Aixa Kendrick, Kyle MacLachlan, Aaron Moten, Leer Leary, Dave Register, Xelia Mendes-Jones and Annabel O. There are names like ‘Hagan’.
Although the details about the series are not known at the moment, let us remind you that Lisa Joy has made exciting statements before.
“Fallout is one of the greatest game franchises of all time. Every part of this wildly creative story cost us hours of spending time with family and friends. Collaborating with Todd Howard and other crazy folks at Bethesda, we bring this huge, devastating, dark and funny universe to life with Amazon Studios. We are incredibly excited about this.”
The Fallout series will take its place on Prime Video screens in 2024. In this context, we think that more details will be shared in the coming months.
