Nişantaşı University School of Marketing Communications announced that it will start a course on metaverse. The name of the course that the university will open this spring term: “The New Ecosystem of Gaming: Marketing, Metaverse and the Evolution of Sports.”

Dr. The School of Marketing Communications (PIO), founded under the management of Gresi Sanje and providing doctoral, graduate and certificate education, welcomes the spring term with “The New Ecosystem of Gaming: The Evolution of Marketing, Metaverse and Sports”. The aim of the course is to examine sports, games and communication and marketing channels in the ecosystem. This new course of the Marketing Communication School will be structured through Web 3.0 channels, which the game ecosystem is very familiar with. Students will also have the opportunity to examine the world of the metaverse, marketing over the metaverse, and developed technologies and applications.

“As PIO Marketing Communication School, we always keep our curiosity and excitement and try to follow every field as closely as possible. Game and sports, which are both a cultural code and a main channel, have been in our program since the establishment of PIO and WEB 3.0 was naturally designed in the course content. However, we revised our course due to the situation Metaverse took while closing 2021. In this framework, the course will be structured over Web 3.0 channels; Metaverse world, marketing over Metaverse, developed technologies and applications will be examined.
