Grayscale is preparing to launch its first ETF in Europe involving crypto companies.

According to a report shared by Reuters, the world’s largest digital asset manager Grayscale is launching its first ETF in Europe. The Grayscale Future of Finance UCITS ETF, which will follow the Bloomberg Grayscale Future of Finance Index, includes exchanges, miners, asset managers, brokerage houses and technology companies involved in the crypto industry.

The ETF is expected to begin trading on May 17 on the London Stock Exchange, Germany’s Deutsche Börse Xetra and Italy’s Borsa Italiana. Grayscale CEO Michael Sonnenshein said:

“For us, the digital economy… is driven primarily by the proliferation of digital assets.”

Grayscale is also trying to launch a spot Bitcoin ETF in the US. The company continues to put pressure on the SEC about this issue.
