‘Bloody Lunar Eclipse’ Happened [GALLERY]

The lunar eclipse, which is experienced regularly but always followed with excitement, provided magnificent views towards this morning. The lunar eclipse, which can be seen from North and South America, most of Europe and Africa, provided images befitting the ‘Blood Moon’ event that gave its name.

Why does the moon look so big in photos?

There are multiple reasons why the Moon looks big in photos. However, the fact that the Moon is large is not always due to a later edit on the photograph. The lens that the photographer uses in his camera is the biggest factor that makes the Moon look bigger. A standard lens will show the Moon at its normal size, while lenses with a high focal length make the Moon appear larger than nearby objects.

When is the next Blood Lunar eclipse?

The next Blood Moon eclipse will actually occur in the not-so-distant date in November. Moreover, this eclipse will last longer than tonight’s eclipse. The next eclipse won’t happen until 2025.
