Announcing that Ryzen 5000 support will be added to all 300 series motherboards in the past months, AMD managed to get positive reactions from users. Now, one of the important names in the computer industry, MSI has announced that as of May 13, all models including A320, B350 and X370 series motherboards will support AMD Zen 3 processors.
fTPM issues will also be resolved
Support will be extended to BIOS developed under AMD AGESA COMBO PI V2 1.2.0.7 for 300 series motherboard, which will be released by MSI in mid-May. However, users with older motherboards will be able to switch to the AM4 platform, taking advantage of AMD’s latest advances in power, performance and core density.
AMD Ryzen 7000 APUs can rival RTX 3060
In addition to the new announcement, MSI also promised to fix fTPM stuttering on 400 and 500 series motherboards by June. Although the problem is caused by AMD, the red team continues to work with motherboard manufacturers.
