Such an assessment was presented in the company’s report published on May 2.
On April 25, Twitter management announced that Musk would buy the company for $44 billion. According to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, if the billionaire decides to terminate the deal, he will have to pay a $1 billion fine to the company.
