The world’s largest family-owned private bank LGT will offer Bitcoin and Ethereum services to its private customers, starting in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
House of Liechtenstein-owned financial institution LGT Bank, part of the world’s largest family-owned banking group, is preparing to offer crypto services. SEBA Bank, a Swiss-regulated digital asset services provider, will provide infrastructure for LGT’s crypto services. Initially, it will provide Bitcoin and Ethereum services. Stating that such a step has been taken in response to the increasing demand, SEBA’s head of customer and technology solutions, Mathias Schütz, made the following statements on the subject:
“LGT is a company in Liechtenstein for customers located in Liechtenstein and Switzerland. It will start with reservation centers. This will expand further over the next few months…”
