The parties can reach an agreement by the end of this week. Elon Musk made an offer to buy Twitter on April 14, valuing the company at $43 billion. Tesla’s boss is willing to pay $54.2 in cash for each share of Twitter.
Twitter pushes conditions for a better offer
According to sources, Musk considers the offer “the best and final”, but Twitter representatives are trying to get even better terms for the deal. But looking at the going, there is still no consensus among the shareholders and the outcome of the deal depends on the final price.
