Ford recalls more than 650,000 vehicles

Ford has recalled more than 650,000 pickups and SUVs in the US due to a problem with the windshield wipers. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), faults in the relevant vehicles can cause the wipers to stop suddenly and even break off from the vehicle. Especially in bad weather conditions such as heavy rain, if the wiper is separated from the wiper motor and obstructs the field of view, it may cause irreversible accidents.
