The platform, which allowed business accounts to put cover photos in the past days, has now come up with a feature that appeals to businesses. Accordingly, the ‘Connected Devices’ section for business accounts on WhatsApp will be redesigned and a subscription plan will be added to this section.
Thanks to the new feature to be added, the same WhatsApp Business account can be opened on 4 different devices. In this way, four people in a business will be able to communicate with the same person through a single account.
