Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse spoke about the SEC lawsuit. According to him, the case is going extremely well.
Garlinghouse gave an interview to CNBC. In the said interview, the CEO said that the fight against the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is going extremely well. Garlinghouse also said that despite the lawsuit, the company has seen record growth.

The CEO also talked about when the case, which is one of the most curious topics of the Ripple community, can be concluded. Saying that he believes the case is about to end, Garlinghouse once again emphasized that it is not progressing as fast as he would like.
As it is known, the SEC accused Ripple of selling unregistered securities in December 2020.
