Currently, there are allegations that e-government 2022 data has been leaked. In these days when all our data is stored on the internet, hearing such information scares us. Well, have you ever thought about how we got our TC identity number, which is one of the most important of all information? Although these 11-digit numbers seem random, they work with an algorithmic system.
First of all, our identity number, which we know as 11 digits, actually consists of the first 9 digits. The last two digits provide the first 9 digits. It is not mathematically possible for this number, which has emerged thanks to different algorithms, to be ‘single digit’. Now we will show you how to find the last two digits from the first 9 digits of your ID number.
Note: The information in our content is limited due to the fact that the TR ID number is personal. Please do not share your TR ID number anywhere. We advise you to be careful not to fall into the hands of harmful people. We said that the algorithmic system behind
TR ID numbers
provides the first 9 digits for the last 2 digits of our ID numbers. We can check these last two numbers by treating them differently. First, let’s look at how to find the 10th digit:
Add the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th digits of your ID number and multiply it by 7. Take this number in a corner. Then add the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th digits and subtract the last number from the number you scored in the first corner. Divide your remaining number by 10. After doing this operation, the number you have left after the whole number gives us the 10th digit. To explain this with an example, let’s assume that we have 78 until we do all the operations and divide by 10. When we divide 78 by 10, it will be divisible by 7 and we will have 8 left. This number 8 will be your 10th digit.
Now it’s time to find the 11th digit. For this, add the first 10 numbers in your TR ID number in order. Divide your result by 10. After doing this operation, the remaining number will give us the 11th digit. Let’s explain this with an example. Let the sum of the first 10 numbers in your TR ID number be 46. When you divide this number by 10, the number 6, which is not divisible by division, will be our 11th digit.
To explain with an example…
Now let’s set a number as an example, let’s have 10562272296 in our number. Let’s take action according to the statement we just made about this number. To find the number in the 10th digit 1+5+2+7+2=17 17*7=119. 0+6+2+2=10. 119-10=109. When we divide 109 by 10, we get 9, which correctly shows us the 10th digit: 10562272296. To find the 11th digit, add 1+0+5+6+2+2+7+2+2+9=36 When we divide the result obtained after the operation by 10, the remaining number is 6. This gives us the last digit of the ID number we took as an example.
This system shows how you can get the last 2 digits of your TR ID number. So, did you get the right result using this method? You can share your thoughts with us in the comments section.
