Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal held a meeting with his employees regarding the latest developments and Elon Musk agenda. During the 25-minute Q&A meeting, Agrawal made contradictory statements in a question about how and when the board of directors would respond to Musk’s proposal.
Twitter CEO, stating that it will be a difficult process for the board of directors, stated that the answer will be given according to the interests of Twitter shareholders. Many expected the company to turn down this offer outright. However, Agrawal said he has no clear answer as to whether the offer will be accepted. He then told the employees to be prepared for any outcome.
The successful businessman, who bought 9.2 percent of Twitter a while ago, has recently applied for the entire company with an offer worth approximately 43 billion dollars.
