The billionaire sent a document Thursday to Twitter’s chairman, Bret Taylor, saying he should “consider his position as a shareholder” if the offer is not accepted. The document also states that the price in question is 54% compared to the day before investing in Twitter; It was stated that there was a 38% premium compared to the day before the investment was announced to the public.
This move comes after Musk said he would not join Twitter’s board of directors after buying a 9.2% stake. This is a move that prevents Musk from increasing his Twitter stake above 14.9%.
