Microsoft yesterday published instructions on its official Windows Twitter account to clean Windows 11 from junk files. The image in the post was a green 24-inch M1 iMac.

The truth is that new Apple computers are based on the Apple Silicon chip, which was not originally compatible with Windows. Users immediately reacted to the post on Twitter and started mocking Microsoft.

The post was deleted shortly after and a few hours later the same tweet was published with a new image. The company used a laptop image from the Microsoft Surface series this time in the post.
