Today, supply issues affecting many PC components, especially graphics cards, have gradually started to subside. DDR4 and DDR5 memory prices are expected to drop in the coming months as DRAM manufacturers reach sufficient inventory.
The decrease will be 5 to 8 percent
Sharing a new DRAM price chart covering the first and second quarters of 2022, TrendForce reported that prices will decrease by 5 to 8 percent due to uncertainties in computer demands. TrendForce says that manufacturers previously increased their stocks in June, which is the back-to-school season, and thinks that rising stocks due to demand uncertainty will affect prices.
