Elon Musk, who is on a lawsuit with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for his tweets, quoted an old song by rapper Eminem in his latest defense. Musk’s last court application seems to be the event again.
An earlier investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission sought to partially block Elon Musk from posting on Twitter. The SEC planned to get the attorney’s approval before sharing Musk’s tweets and comments. However, the world’s richest person seems to be making fun of this situation.

Quote from Eminem’s famous song “Without Me” in Elon Musk’s latest court filing against the Securities and Exchange Commission it was noticed. Having experienced similar things to Eminem’s situation in 2002, Musk removed his defense from the famous song.
Eminem talked about his problems with the Federal Communications Board (FCC) in his song Without Me. The famous rapper used the phrases “The FCC won’t let me be, so let’s see/So they tried to silence me” in response to the FCC, which fined Colorado radio for playing his own song in 2002.
Musk’s lawyers, on the other hand, made a defense saying that it is not right for federal agencies to expand their authority even at the expense of individual freedom, replacing the phrase “FCC” in the song with “SEC”.
According to a “Twitter control decree” signed by the SEC in 2018, Tesla CEO Elon Musk must pass a lawyer check before sharing his tweets. The main reason for the SEC to take this decision is that Tesla shares are in danger because of Musk’s shares.
The federal agency also launched an investigation into Musk’s Twitter poll asking whether he should sell 10 percent of Tesla shares.
