One of the largest metaverse coin projects by market cap hosted a four-day digital fashion event over the past week, showcasing wearables on virtual catwalks, holding discussion panels and hosting shopping experiences.

Decentraland (MANA), the platform that global brands date to showcase their metaverse products and provide collaborations. Dolce & Gabanna introduced 20 wearable products that they specially designed at the “Metaverse Fashion Week” that took place over the weekend. Owned by TOD’S Group, Hogan has released the “Untraditional” NFT collection of the brand’s first sneakers, in collaboration with Exclusible, a platform for luxury NFTs and metaverse activations. They set up a shop in the metaverse marketplace of the Boson Protocol to sell their physical products as redeemable NFTs within the Boson Portal.

Meanwhile, fashion house Republiqe in preparation for the metaverse has partnered with a Paris-based e-commerce platform called Monnier to launch a virtual accessories store in Decentraland’s Luxury Fashion District. . American brand COACH was among the brands that made a physical item available in the store an NFT wearable. Republiqe helped design the first NFT of COACH’s “Pillow Tabby Shoulder” satchel.
