PlayStation’s Game Pass-style service announced: A library of nearly 400 games

As you know, Sony has been developing a new subscription service for PlayStation for a while. This subscription service was also announced recently.

This new service will have three different plans and will be launched in June 2022. At the moment, the countries that will be accessible have not been announced, but we can see that there is a worldwide innovation. There is also a different plan for countries where PS Now is not an important feature of the service. Details of Refurbished PS Plus

1- PlayStation Plus Essential

The first subscription plan of the new PS Plus is PlayStation Plus Essential. PlayStation Plus Essential has the same privileges as the currently used PS Plus. The price will be the same as PS Plus. Privileges are as follows:

• 2 free games per month.
• Special discounts
• Cloud feature
• Online access

2- PlayStation Plus Extra

Second subscription plan is PlayStation Plus extra. US prices are $14.99 per month, $39.99 for 3 months, and $99.99 per year. Its privileges are as follows:

• All privileges in PlayStation Plus Essential
• A library of approximately 400 games consisting of games from PlayStation Studios and third party studios.

3- PlayStation Plus Premium

The last plan is PlayStation Plus Premium. US prices are $17.99 per month, $49.99 for 3 months, and $119.99 per year. Its privileges are as follows:

• All privileges on PlayStation Plus Essential and PlayStation Plus Extra.
• A library of 340 games in addition to the library of 400 games. The games in this library consist of PlayStation, PS2 and PSP games, and PS3 games on PS Now. PlayStation, PS2 and PSP games are also available without Now.
• In markets where PS Now is available, players will be able to play all these games on PC via the cloud system.
• Special trial versions for games.

This plan will work in two different ways for countries like us where PS Now is not available. In countries where PS Now is not available, the price will be more affordable as that privilege is not available. So we will use the last plan for a more affordable price but without PS Now.

Games at the Launch of Refurbished PS Plus

According to the first statement, the 400-game library that will be offered to PlayStation Plus Extra members will include Death Stranding, God of War, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Games like Mortal Kombat 11 and Returnal will be major launch games. The games in the library will be renewed. Most likely, large-scale games will also be added to the system after a certain period of time.
