Instagram, one of the social media platforms with billions of users, launched chat themes in November 2020. You can completely change the colors of the chat section, from messages to settings and icons, thanks to the themes that were previously available in the Facebook Messenger application.

Instagram has developed a special chat theme for the Coachella festival
Famous for mobile application leaks, Alessandro Paluzzi has published the new theme coming to the Instagram application. According to Paluzzi, the company has designed a chat theme specific to Coachella, a music and arts festival that takes place in California between April 15 and April 24 this year, and it’s available now.
To use the new theme, your Instagram and Messenger accounts must be linked. If you use Instagram independently of Facebook, you cannot select the Coachella theme. If your social media accounts are linked and Coachella hasn’t arrived yet, update the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
After installing the latest version, you can choose Coachella chat theme in Instagram DM section:
- Open Instagram and enter any chat.
- Press the i icon in the upper right corner, then tap “Theme”.
- Here you can change the look of the chat by selecting Coachella or any theme you like.
