After Russia’s decision, Instagram head Adam Mosseri shared on Twitter: “On Monday, Instagram will be blocked in Russia. This decision was made because 80% of people in Russia follow an Instagram account outside their country. “It will separate 80 million people in Russia from each other and from the rest of the world.
