Jack Dorsey’s company, Block, announced that the Bitcoin (BTC) wallet they created will include a fingerprint sensor.

The company said in the statement
“We want our customers to unlock their wallets securely and easily for transactions that require using wallet hardware. This feature is a combination that was not available in the past”
The wallet’s hardware will also use a rechargeable lithium polymer battery and USB-C port to power the device.
Block’s wallet will not include any screen so that customers don’t have to learn a new interface to use it.
Block first announced its plan to create a Bitcoin wallet in July of last year.
