NFT-focused second-tier startup Immutable has reached a valuation of $2.5 billion, raising $200 million in a funding round led by Temasek, a Singapore government investment firm. While names such as Animoca Brands, Tencent, ParaFi Capital, Arrington Capital, Mirae Asset and Liberty Global invested in the project for the first time; Former investors such as Alameda Research, AirTree Ventures, Declaration Partners and Fabric Ventures also contributed to the round.
The company plans to use this funding for global expansion, team scaling and possible mergers & acquisitions.
