E-book readers have evolved, so to speak, lately, and Huawei is one of the most advanced companies in this field. MatePad Paper, the latest model of the company, has a 10.3-inch grayscale display and offers comfortable use even in low light conditions with its anti-glare reflective surface. The device, which can display 256 shades of gray, can successfully display text, pictures and videos in grayscale.

Matepad Paper, which has a very thin frame compared to e-book standards, can also be used with Huawei’s M Pencil. Thus, you can take notes and draw on documents and books.

The fact that Huawei has reduced the sensitivity on the screen to 26 milliseconds is also a successful development. Of course, it doesn’t offer as smooth transitions as an S22 Ultra or Huawei’s other tablets, but it offers a very ergonomic use both as an e-book and a notepad.

MatePad Paper can provide direct connection to the company’s laptops, PCs, tablets and phones thanks to its efforts to ensure that all devices in Huawei’s ecosystem are easily connected to each other. The tablet is seen as a USB drive in other devices and it is possible to send files by drag-and-drop. This is possible thanks to the company’s HarmonyOS operating system.

Huawei introduced the product, but did not give any information about its price before the Mobile World Congress.
