Motorola will introduce its new smartphone with an event on February 24. Ahead of the launch of the upcoming Motorola Edge 30 Pro 5G, its technical specifications have surfaced. The device will have a high refresh rate display, a large battery and Qualcomm’s latest flagship chipset.
What will Motorola Edge 30 Pro 5G offer?
The smartphone will come with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The device will offer Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
On the processor side, the user will be greeted by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset paired with 8 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128 GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
The device will feature a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP OmniVision OV50A40 primary lens with f/1.79 aperture, as well as a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera will offer 60 MP resolution.
Motorola Edge 30 Pro 5G, It will come with a 5,000mAh battery with 68W wired fast charging support. The phone will have a side-mounted fingerprint reader and a USB Type-C port at the bottom.
The device, which will run Android 12, is expected to offer 2 years of operating system support, including Android 14.
The device is thought to be available with a price tag between $603 and $670.
