A few days ago, WhatsApp introduced an innovation in the display of contact lists. In the new design, there were “Favorites” and “Recent chats” options, but users were not very happy with this change. Considering the complaints expressed by users on social media, WhatsApp now seems to be reversing this change. The contact list is back in alphabetical order as before.
