Promising that spare parts will be available after the video, the company kept this promise. Valve reached an agreement with iFixit for the authorization to sell spare parts. The company, which wants to indicate that it is ready after the agreement, has published an X-Ray image so that all parts can be seen. valve gave the following sentences on the subject.
Today we are announcing that iFixit will become one of the authorized resellers of replacement parts for Valve Index VR products as well as Steam Deck replacement parts. We’re still trying to work out the details and will share more on that soon.
