Apple Podcasts filtering feature is coming
With the new iOS 15.4 update, your Apple Podcast library and shows in your catalog will now become much more organized. Lists with a filtering option offer a more convenient experience. Now whenever you want to listen to a Podcast, there will be options to filter episodes as played, unplayed, downloaded or recorded.
These newly added filters will be viewable via the “Sections” or the “See All” button, which displays a list with all sorting options. Besides, you can use these filters according to a certain season.
This season support was added to the Apple Podcasts app for creators in 2017. This allowed creators to highlight which episodes are part of which season. You will now be able to filter these seasons in the same list. The iOS 15.4 update, which has been in beta until now, is expected to arrive officially in mid-April.

Of course, Apple does not only come with Podcast filters in its new update.
