Intel has released its 2021 Product Security Report. According to the report, Intel claims that its processors are more secure than AMD, while revealing the security vulnerabilities of 2 technology giants. According to the report published by Intel, Intel announced that it has found 16 new vulnerabilities in its processors. On the other hand, the number of security vulnerabilities in AMD’s processors is 31.
Intel has detected 10 of the security vulnerabilities in its own processors. The remaining 6’s were found by bounty hunters.
Speaking on the subject, Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger said, “The safety of our products is one of our top priorities,” and adds: “We strive to design, manufacture and sell the world’s safest technology products, and we are constantly innovating and improving security features for our products.”
