YouTube has updated the Android version of its YouTube Music service, which it launched globally a few years ago. This update brought a very useful feature to users. Thanks to this new feature, users will be able to access the music they downloaded on YouTube Music with a single touch.
The new feature added to YouTube Music, which is a solid competitor to Spotify because it contains all the music uploaded to YouTube, can be experienced by consumers using the 4.63 and 4.64 coded Android versions of the application. The feature, which is revealed when the application icon is pressed, directs the user directly to the “Downloads” folder.
Can be placed on the home screen
All you have to do to use the new feature of YouTube Music is to press and hold the application icon. In a few seconds, you will see the “Downloads” section in the menu that opens. As soon as you touch it, the playback will start automatically. However, if you wish, you can add this shortcut to the home screen. To do this, you need to drag the Downloads option that appears when you hold down the icon. When you touch the shortcut you added to the home screen, the playback starts automatically.
Thanks to this feature, users will not have to navigate through the menu to access the music they have downloaded. YouTube Music users know; This folder was previously located in the Library section of the application. Now none of this is needed. It is not clear for now whether the feature will be designed in accordance with the iOS ecosystem.
