As it is known, Samsung is launching its flagship models with Snapdragon and Exynos variants, which vary according to the markets. For this reason, it periodically becomes the focus of criticism on the grounds that there are performance differences between the two processors. So, will there be a significant performance difference between the processors of the Galaxy S22 series, which will be introduced very soon?
In order to give an accurate answer to this question, which users are very curious about, Galaxy S22 Ultra’s Exynos 2200 variant with model number SM-S908B and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 variant with SM-S908U were compared in Geekbench 5 database.
Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, the variant scored 1,226 points in single-core tests and 3,462 points in multi-core tests. The Exynos 2200 version managed to score 1,168 points in single-core tests and 3,508 points in multi-core tests.
When we look at the performance data, we see that there are no big differences between the two processors, and even the criticized Exynos version is more performance at certain points. Of course, the final decision here will be made by users after the Galaxy S22 series debuts.
