As you know, GTA Trilogy – The Definitive Edition had a very painful debut, including reworked versions of GTA: Vice City, GTA: San Andreas and GTA III. For those who complain that the game does not have the expected graphics quality and gameplay, we are talking about mods that will make the game much better than Rockstar Games can do.
Better rain effects: Better Rain
One of the most complained about elements in the trilogy was the catastrophic rain effects. The mod maker named Instanity has completely solved this result. Although there is nothing to be done for the cutscenes, the rain effects in the gameplay part become noticeably high quality.

Real San Andreas atmosphere: Project Revitalized
Especially the pale atmosphere of GTA: San Andreas in the game does not look very nice to those who miss the vivid and reddish color palette of the PS2 version. With this mode, the game not only gets much better graphics, but also keeps the atmosphere of the PS2 version alive.
How to install?

Copy the files named ‘Engine.ini + GameUserSettings + Scalability.ini’ in the GTA SA Project Revitalized – The Definitive Edition folder and paste them into %LOCALAPPDATA%Rockstar GamesGTA San Andreas Definitive EditionSavedConfigWindowsNoEditor.
Finally, just send the ‘Gameface’ folder to the main folder where the game is installed. To experience the PS2 atmosphere of GTA: San Andreas in the game, you need to press the Scroll button on your keyboard.
Much higher quality road coatings for Vice City: BRT
One of the biggest problems of all three games is road pavements that look quite outdated. With this mod, all roads on the streets of Vice City are replaced by HD skins. In this way, the game takes the game to the next level in terms of visuals.

Hide the whole HUD with one click: HUD Toggle
I also wanted to mention HUD Toggle, which is a very enjoyable mod, although it does not have much effect on gameplay. As you know, sometimes while playing GTA, you just want to wander aimlessly on the roads and listen to music. With this mod, no HUD and map elements will be left on the screen.
How to install?
Download the required file for each of the three games separately by clicking here. Copy the downloaded files to the GamefaceBinariesWin64 folder of the game. When you click on the letter ‘K’ in the game, the HUD will be completely hidden.
