YouTube Shorts feature allows you to add filters, subtitles, color correction by recording your videos up to 60 seconds. However, it is necessary to use third-party video editing programs to overlay audio.
A line discovered by XDA developers in the beta version indicates that a dedicated key for audio overlay will be integrated in the near future.
