In a report submitted to the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit last Thursday; The states’ attorneys general argued that the court should overturn the previous ruling that Apple’s control over the App Store did not violate antitrust laws. “Apple’s move hurt and still does harm to mobile app developers and millions of citizens,” they noted in the report to the court.
