Vacuumlabs is a software development company that creates fintech solutions. In 2018, Vacuumlabs developers started an internal project to create the first Cardano lightweight wallet. What was supposed to be a ‘weekend project’ took weeks, but AdaLite was born. Since then, AdaLite has solidified itself as the leading web-based Cardano wallet, making Vacuumlabs a key development partner in the Cardano ecosystem. According to Vacuumlabs, this project caught the attention of Cardano’s commercial arm EMURGO, which prompted them to work on the Yoroi wallet. Nicolas Arqueros, CTO of EMURGO, says: “When I started exploring the open source solution, Vacuumlabs caught my attention. They figured out how to make everything work. I realized that the people behind it were really good. ”
Vacüabs has also partnered with EMURGO to integrate Cardano into Trezor and Ledger hardware wallets. WingRiders is a new Cardano powered by Vacuumlabs. Hoskinson tweeted about WingRiders yesterday and said:
