Apple introduced its new smartphone models iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro series last year. However, the pink screen problem, which emerged shortly after the launch of the devices and was reported by a small number of users, seems to give the company a headache.
This pink screen problem, which is mentioned among users, seems to affect only a small number of iPhone 13 models with high screen brightness in the ecosystem for now. This issue is classified by Apple support teams as software, not hardware.
Apple is trying to fix the problems in the iPhone 13 series!
Among the posts on Apple’s support forum bring to our attention many examples of the phenomenon, including general symptoms, pink screen, freezes and crashes. There is no indication yet of what is causing this for users. However, since it is software-related, it is considered to be fixable.
Some users state that resetting their iPhone settings fixed the problem, while others state that they contacted Apple and agreed to replace their phones with new devices. This shows that the company is aware of the problem.
In addition, according to MyDrivers’ report on Chinese users encountering the issue, Apple is aware of the issue and is working on it. A customer service representative is reported to have told a user that the team did not receive a notification that it was a hardware issue, but instead encountered a system issue.
In our opinion, when we look at the whole picture, the claim that it is a software problem rather than hardware seems quite possible. Some photos and screenshots of the bright pink screen show that icons such as the signal and battery indicators are normally white.
Apple advises users affected by this bug to back up their data, then test it by factory resetting the device or updating the system to the latest version of iOS. If the problem persists, it is said that the device will be repaired under warranty.
