4 years later, in 2020, Apple announced the 2nd generation iPhone SE. This model was launched with the A13 Bionic processor in the iPhone 11 family. In terms of design, it had the case and appearance of the iPhone 8. Now, it is said that the work on the 3rd generation has accelerated, and even the release date has been clarified.

According to a report that emerged today, Apple is targeting March and April for the first event of 2022. At this launch, the highly anticipated 3rd generation iPhone SE model will appear. Of course, it is not known whether it will be like the iPhone Mini with the new notched design, or whether it will use the case of the iPhone 8Plus, as some claims.

But it is said to be powered by the A15 processor used in the iPhone 13 family. It is also known that the device will be the first SE model to come with 5G support. But other hardware features under the hood, such as the number of cameras and the lenses to be used, are still just rumors.

If the company is at its spring event this year, it may announce new 27-inch iMac and high-end Mac mini models with M1 Pro and M1 Max chips, in addition to the 3rd generation iPhone SE. Especially as we understand from the leaks, the release of Macs is considered certain.
