CES 2022, which started today, continues its impact at full speed. Companies participating in the fair continue to meet users with new products. The last of these was Intel. The company, which is included in the event this year, as it does every year, appeared before the users with its new products.

Intel showed up with 50 new processors

At CES 2022, Intel today announced the world’s fastest mobile processor, bringing its performance hybrid architecture to mobile platforms for the first time, with new 12th Gen Intel Core mobile processors that are up to 40 percent faster than the previous generation mobile processor.

The company says it is working to develop laptops that will enable people to perform computing operations whenever and wherever they need them, without sacrificing anything. For this reason, 28 new 12th Generation Intel Core mobile processors appeared.

Of course, with the launch of 22 new 12th Gen Intel Core desktop processors alongside these models, the Alder Lake family has also become the company’s most scalable series to date. Their design in consumer, enterprise, internet of things (IoT) and other applications has also been strengthened.

Gregory Bryant, vice president and general manager of Intel’s Client Computing Group, said:

Intel’s new performance hybrid architecture helps accelerate innovation and accelerate the future of computing. With the launch of 12th Gen Intel Core mobile processors, we enable new experiences and set the performance standard for laptops with the fastest processor ever.

12th Gen Intel Core mobile processors launch

Intel is looking to secure its leadership seat by launching its 12th Gen Intel Core H-series mobile processors, led by the Intel Core i9-12900HK, which it says is both the world’s best mobile gaming platform and the fastest mobile processor ever.

The new Intel Core i9-12900 HK improves system performance in single and multi-threaded applications by combining performance cores (P cores) and productivity cores (E cores) with intelligent workload prioritization and management distribution via Intel Thread Director.

The new 12th Gen H-series processors based on Intel 7 offer:

⦁ Up to 5 GHz frequency, 14 cores (6 P-cores and 8 E-cores) and 20 threads, giving the 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900HK the title of fastest mobile processor. It provides performance leadership over Intel’s previous generation and competitors.
⦁ Performance boost for unparalleled gaming experiences in top games and content creation tools. The new 12th Gen Intel Core H-series is the world’s best mobile gaming platform, offering up to 28% faster gaming experience than the market’s previous mobile gaming leader, the Intel Core i9-11980 HK. The 12th Gen Intel Core H series gives creators more than their task demands. For example, users can benefit from more than 43% performance gains in 3D image acquisition from generation to generation.
⦁ Extensive memory support up to 4800MT/s for DDR5/LPDDR5 and DDR4/LPDDR4 modules – an industry first for H series mobile processors.
⦁ About three times faster connection on dedicated high-speed channels without Wi-Fi interference as in the past. Thanks to the use of integrated Intel® Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+), it offers users the freedom to work and learn from home, as well as the convenience with smooth, high-quality streaming.
⦁ Support for Thunderbolt™ 4 with transfer rates up to 40 Gbps and PC connectivity to multiple 4K monitors and accessories.

Designed for gamers, creatives and professional engineers who want to take the performance of their laptops to the next level, the new 12th Gen Intel Core H series mobile processors deliver desktop-level performance on the go. They will strengthen existing systems from February 2022.

The expanded 12th Gen Intel Core mobile family also includes the new U and P series mobile processors. Designed for performance-oriented thin and light notebooks, the new P-series processors with up to 14 cores, 20 threads and Intel® Iris® Xe integrated graphics run at 28W base power.

The U-series processors, designed for thin and light notebooks optimized for the form factor, run at 9 to 15 W. These mobile processors; They’re built specifically for the performance needed in a range of thin and light laptops and cutting-edge form factors that OEMs will deliver in 2022, including foldables, 2 -i1s, detachables and more.

Designed to handle simultaneous daily workloads, business productivity, and even full high definition (FHD) gaming, 12th Gen Intel Core U and P-series mobile processors, including devices designed for both Windows and Chrome operating systems, It will be available in the first quarter.

New Members of the 12th Gen Intel Core Desktop Processor Family and New Platform Options

22 new processors have joined the 12th Gen Intel Core desktop processor family today. The new members of the family range from Intel Core i9 to Pentium and Celeron. These processors (65 watts and 35 watts) offer scalable power and amazing performance for gaming, creativity and productivity. Intel also introduced new Intel® Laminar Coolers accompanying the new 65-watt processors.

Intel also introduced the new Intel® H670, H610 and B660 chipsets that will support a wide array of consumer processors. New chipset options; PCIe 4.0 lanes offer many of the great Z-series capabilities—as well as support for memory overclocking—such as integrated Intel® Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+) and Intel® Volume Management Device (VMD).

New Experiences for a Mobile World with Intel Evo

The release of 12th Gen Intel Core mobile processors also brings updates to the Intel Evo platform for laptops and other on-the-go form factors. These updates are confirmed by the third edition features and key experience indicators of Intel’s Project Athena innovation program. More than 100 designs designed with new foldable displays and 12th Gen Intel Core mobile processors, including the H series in addition to the U and P series for the first time, are expected to begin to pass Intel Evo verification, most of which will be available for purchase in the first half of 2022.

In addition to responsiveness, real-world battery life, instant wake-up and fast charging, an additional set of system requirements and tests called “smart collaboration” are also added to the features of the third version. Thanks to technologies such as AI-based background noise cancellation, integrated Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+), Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite, and optional AI-accelerated camera imaging effects, smart collaboration provides an enhanced experience when collaborating over PC video conferencing applications.
Intel announced the Engineered for Intel® Evo™ and Intel® Evo™ vPro® program to create end-to-end experiences powered by Intel co-engineering and testing for Thunderbolt™ and Bluetooth accessories to enhance the experience with accessories.
